Listening to both sides of the story, investigating the matter thoroughly, and following company policies and procedures are essential in addressing employee complaints effectively. The goal should be to create a positive and respectful work environment for everyone.<br>It&#8217;s unfortunate that many individuals in leadership positions and Human Resource departments lack proper conflict resolution<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@action2serviceconsulting287\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"> training<\/a>. This leads to a lack of trust from employees, as they perceive the primary objective of HR to be protecting the organization from liability issues.
