I am a dedicated professional with over 25 years of dynamic experience in the public safety and security field, and my journey has been nothing short of transformative. It all began with my service in the United States Navy, where I not only learned the importance of discipline and teamwork but also developed a profound commitment to protecting others.<\/p>

From there, I stepped into the world of private security contracting, where I thrived in high-pressure environments, mastering the art of risk assessment and crisis management. Each experience sharpened my skills and deepened my passion for ensuring safety and security.<\/p>

In addition to these roles, I have made significant contributions in the realm of higher education, designing and implementing innovative training programs that focus on safety protocols and emergency preparedness. One of the highlights of my career has been the opportunity to collaborate closely with local, state, and county officials in establishing Points of Dispensing (POD). Throughout my extensive experiences attending various training programs and developing my own, it became evident that I wanted to steer clear of offering generic, one-size-fits-all courses that fail to engage. My aspiration is for every training session or public speaking engagement to enrich participants with practical knowledge and instill in them a genuine desire to connect with the material, enabling them to effectively implement the insights gained. This commitment to cultivating meaningful learning experiences is the driving force behind the establishment of Action 2.
